1) Bag pattern
Cut Fabric
2) Tassles, make them first and sew in while making bag
For ease, get a piece of heavy card stock or foam board to use for wrapping the tassle.
2.1 Make the hanger
2.1.1 Wrap the string around the card 20 times to make the tassle body.
2.1.2 Make a loop with a separate piece of cord and tie off the ends.
2.1.3 Pull the back end of the loop through, behind the threads on the card, then pull the tied end through the hole and pull to tighten and close off the top end. Can use a crochet hook to grab string to make it easier to pull through. Now your tassle has a hanger.
2.2 Close off the tassle.
2.2.1 Cut off another piece of your string to use2.2.2 Make the loop
How to make the loop:
2.2.3 Slip your loop over the top of the tassle, then pull to tighten down. The loose threads become a part of the tassle.

3) Make strap, also sew it in while doing step 4
4) Assemble, sew bag together
Tada ~
Note the long strap. Can wear across body.
